Another wonderful small but fine sampler from the "Seasons in Lace" series by Jan Hicks. Summer comes with rich purple tones. The embroidery, which is reminiscent of delicate lace, creates a nice contrast. Model is stiched on 36 ct Khaki linen from XJuDesign using two strands of NPI silk floss over two threads of linen. For DMC 550 use NPI 106, for DMC 553 use NPI 104, for DMC 554 use NPI 103, for DMC 153 use NPI 101 and for DMC 552 use NPI 105.
