With its fine floral patterns, this sampler is reminiscent of antique samplers. The old patterns come here in a new and fresh look. The original is stitched on 36 ct linen by Weeks Dye Works, colorway Seafoam. Any of the pastel spring shades would look lovely for this design. The original is stitches with one strand of Cosmo floss over two strands of linen. If you choose to use Cosmo floss use Cos 112 for DMC 894, Cos 271 for DMC 704, Cos 282 for DMC 554, Cos 324 for DMC 116, Cos 383 for DMC 840, Cos 483 for DMC 602, Cos 2253 for DMC 518, Cos 2563 for DMC 3766, Cos 287a for DMC 550, Cos 3299 for DMC 307.
