This Quaker of Hearts pattern features a series of medallions and decorative elements, dotted with stylised hearts. The heart shape, like the star shape, lends itself perfectly to be repeated into medallion form. I’ve long loved the samplers made by girls from the Society of Friends (or Quakers, as they are more commonly known).
