Ute founded die "Werkstadt für historische Stickmuster" in 2004. Next to her job as architect and engineer, she is a passionate stitcher, which she finds to be the perfect balance to her job. Ute started charting traditional samplers from the Vierlande, but soon she discovered her own creativity and she has been designing cross stitch charts for many years. She has also participated in creative fairs in Germany with Dorothee for many years.
